Simply practical: Standard FiBC
Our standard FiBC* are particularly suitable
For coarse and free-flowing materials (e.g., grain, basalt gravel, filtrates, granules, and ash) and are available in freely selectable heights between 70 cm and 125 cm. The FiBC* can be equipped with 1-point, 2-point, 4-point, or 2-channel suspension.

Of course, you can also get any other dimensions from FASSE Industrial Textiles. For stability reasons, however, the big bag should be no more than twice as high as the smallest side dimension. The bulk density of the product must also be taken into account. The weight class of the big bag is calculated by multiplying the bulk density p (kg/m3) by the desired volume V (m3).

Since different bulk materials require different filling methods, you can get USBAGs optionally:
- open at the top
- with apron made of light fabric
- with filler neck
- with inlet
- with outlet
- with inline skates
Individually tailored
The bottom of each of our big bags is also available in different designs. If metered emptying isn't required, your USBAG will be delivered with a closed bottom.
If the contents are to be discharged in a controlled manner, the FIBC is equipped with an outlet whose diameter usually corresponds to the inlet. The general rule is: a small diameter for free-flowing contents, a large diameter for contents that tend to agglomerate and form bridges.
Also available from FASSE Industrial Textiles: inliners made of PE-HD, PE-LD or aluminum composite films.
We recommend HDPE over LDPE products for higher filling temperatures and lower water vapor permeability. Aluminum composite films are chosen for the highest demands on gas tightness and water vapor impermeability.
* FIBC: The internationally correct term for big bags. Abbreviation for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container.
