Big bags are now being used in more and more industries that have recognized the potential of this packaging material for the rationalization of logistics processes and the resulting cost savings. Due to their low weight, large volume and high load capacity, easy filling and emptying and excellent storage and stackability FiBC are an interesting option for practically every company that fills, collects, stores or transports bulk goods, but also certain bulk goods.

Among other things, USBAGs from FASSE Industrietextilien are used

as collection, storage and transport containers for residues in disposal technology (e.g. filter dust, ash, paper) as product packaging (e.g. wood pallets, granules, filtrates) for transporting building materials (e.g. clay, basalt split) for transporting food (e.g. grain, Flour. Milk powder)

FASSE industrial textiles do justice to the variety of bulk goods with a precisely coordinated choice of fabric and material for your big bags. Free-flowing granules, grain and other logistically less demanding products are filled and transported in standard FiBC made of inexpensive, uncoated fabric.

In the case of dusty bulk materials, on the other hand, it must be ensured that neither the environment is polluted nor that the MAK values are exceeded. In this case, therefore, one chooses polypropylene fabric with a coating, which is provided with an additional seam seal to prevent the bulk material from escaping from the seam holes.

In the case of dust and liquids, the passage of which should be prevented and which must also be protected from environmental influences, we also equip your USBAGs with a polyethylene* inner liner (giant plastic bag).

In principle, FASSE industrial textiles use UV-stabilized fabrics. The stabilizers are added to the PP granules and are extruded into the PP tapes. A migration to the content of the FiBC is excluded.

The risk of dust explosions, which exists when handling many bulk materials, can also be ruled out by choosing the right material. For this we recommend polypropylene fabric with coating and antistatic effect.
